Sheriff Callie's Wild West is the latest runaway hit from the Disney stable - Disney Junior to be precise. It's classic Disney, set in the wild west town of Nice and Friendly Corner, where Sheriff Callie, a calico cat, and her friends make sure that the town stays the friendliest in the west.

As you would expect with Disney, each episode has a strong message for young children - mainly about the importance of playing nice, being polite and taking other people's feelings into consideration. It's a tried and tested formula, and it's one which both kids and parents love.

Kids are just going nuts for the whole Sheriff Callie experience right now - so it's just a little bit surprising that there isn't more Sheriff Callie toys and general merchandise to be found. That's normally an area at which Disney excels - but it's really hard to find suitable Sheriff Callie branded toys just at the moment.

Kids are going nuts for this show, and they must be driving their parents nuts with toy requests! Hopefully Disney's Marketing and Merchandising team will address this pretty quickly, before pester power drives too many parents to distraction!
